Tomi Sue Wilson is a born and raised Las Vegan. Graduated from Las Vegas High School and then went on to Boot Camp for the USMC in Paris Island, South Carolina. After serving at Camp Pendelton, California she returned home to begin her new career in the Health Insurance arena. Making the transition from Third Party Administrators as a claim adjuster to the Imperial Palace Hotel as a key member of the start up operations for their Self Administered and Self Funded plan was time well invested for furthering a career towards being a licensed agent in Nevada.

While working for a small insurance business, Tomi Sue was offered a position with a local photography company that had taken on the operations of showroom and fine dining restaurants within major hotels on the strip. Beginning an exciting career as a sales and photography trainer as well as working the many restaurants and showrooms allowed her to meet and work with many people, which Tomi Sue has a great passion for.

She has had many growth opportunities while working with the hotels and restaurants which opened the door to employment with Mandalay Bay Hotel in the Banquet Department. The transition was a great stepping stone to finding a home at Ruth’s Chris Steak House. Beginning her 5th year as the Private Dining Manager she is also heading up marketing and advertising projects as well as assisting with day to day restaurant operations.

Sara Ure moved to Las Vegas from Sevierville, TN in June 2005. Currently, she is the Events Manager for Jimmy Buffett’s Margaritaville where she plans and oversees parties in Paradise. She is committed to the CSA Board and growing awareness of the association. Sara is also a member of the Las Vegas Hospitality Association and the Las Vegas Chapter of the American Marketing Association.

Faith is a lifelong Las Vegan and has been in the hospitality business her entire career.

Currently she is the Director of Sales for View Vegas, a Destination Management & Convention Staffing Company.

As the secretary for CSA, she coordinates meeting locations, membership drives and website updates. 

As well as CSA, Faith is a member of Destination Services Association and WPLV.

Mike McDaniel is National Account Executive for CB Displays International, a general contractor based in Las Vegas that produces conventions, tradeshows and private events. While in the exposition industry for almost 30 years, he has previously held upper management positions in both show management, contracting and exhibit design firms from Texas to California. He also owned a consulting firm that specialized in assisting companies of all sizes in the exposition industry.

 Mike has been personally involved in expositions throughout the world and uses his knowledge and experience to provide the ultimate in customer service to his customers. He is highly respected in his field and a frequent speaker at many industry events and colleges.

Michelle Parsons has served on the Board of CSA of the last two years as Vice President and Program Chair. With over 25 years experience in the hospitality, wedding and special event business Michelle has been an asset to any business. Michelle started out in Southern California where she began learning the business from the bottom up. Moving to Las Vegas in 1990, Michelle has worked for several venues in Las Vegas helping clients bring their ideas to life. Belonging to several professional hospitality organizations and active in the community Michelle stays up to date with current trends in addition to traditional customs in her field.

Mike Briggs has been entertaining crowds for over 19 years. He started off in Oxford, England at the Non-Commissioned Officers (NCO) Club for 2 1/2 years. Mike was then posted to Keesler Air Force Base and entertained crowds at both the NCO and Officers Club. In 1994 Mike received an assignment to Nellis Air Force Base.

He then broadened his horizon from the base to the private sector creating Good Vibrations mobile djs. Mike and his current staff of seven disc jockey’s have been entertaining crowds in Las Vegas for over 10 years to include weddings, corporate events, picnics, birthday parties, and trade shows.

Mike is very involved in local organizations. In the National Association of Catering Executive (NACE) he was responsible for writing the chapters newsletter for 2.5 years.
